Hola buenas tardes a todos, llevo menos de un mes operando en quotex y hoy lunes 15/04/24 luego de operar durante la mañana, al intentar operar después del mediodía me pide inicio de sesión la aplicación del celular, al intentar ingresar me salta una notificación de que mi cuenta fue suspendida por violar las reglas y políticas de la empresa, algo totalmente ilógico sobre todo por el hecho de que llevo balance negativo y tengo 273 dólares en la cuenta y considero que la cerraron por error ya que no hay razón lógica hice el reclamo correspondiente al soporte y ahora esperare la respuesta, solo espero que no se demore, y quisiera saber cuanto puede llegar a demorar el restablecimiento de mi cuenta y si pueden darme su ayuda además de consultar si alguien pudo resolver un caso como este, gracias.
