The platform promised that it would take 2 to 4 working days for the funds to arrive in the account, but it took 8 working days and still not received.

Withdrawal was made on March 28th, today is April 10th. I withdraw money from Hero, but it never arrives, which is completely inconsistent with the original promise of "2 to 4 working days to arrive." The official email no longer responds to emails.
