Unable to withdraw funds

I applied to withdraw US$3,500 on the platform on April 1, 2024, and US$500 on April 3. Both have been approved, but the funds have not been received. On April 8, two accounts initiated the withdrawal of remaining funds, but no application has been made yet. The following are the withdrawal records of the two accounts.
