Unable to withdraw profits

I entered Ajman Trading and when my profits reached 28 thousand I asked to withdraw the profits. They were saying that you must pay the tax and without the tax we cannot send the profits. When you ask them why you do not deduct from the profits they say it is not possible, they must send the full amount and when you pay the tax they block you.
