Blocked account and inability to withdraw

The main mentor of this platform in which I was on her team is called LAYLA with a Facebook name: Shirley Leong. She asked us to develop a team of 10 people to be able to operate within AMCC, in such a way that we received a guest reward of five dollars for her, five dollars for the mentor above her, to which this led me to invite my own family to be part of this project. I want to ask you in the most cordial and respectful way to release my account since we were not aware that using the same IP or Wi-Fi network would violate AMCC rules. Cuenta bloqueada e incapacidad de retiro

El motivo de mi mensaje es para saber el estatus de mi cuenta que fue bloqueada, ya mandé toda la documentación como fue solicitada. Quiero aclarar que un familiar directo , me invitó a formar parte de la plataforma AMCC, vinculada a Binance , bitso para subir y bajar fondos de carácter económico . La mentora principal de esta plataforma en el cual yo estaba dentro de su equipo se llama LAYLA con nombre en Facebook: Shirley Leong. Nos pedía que desarrolláramos un equipo de 10 personas para poder operar dentro de AMCC , de tal manera que recibíamos una recompensa por invitados de cinco dólares por ella , cinco dólares por el mentor que está arriba de ella, a lo cual esto me llevó a invitar a mi propia familia a hacer parte de este proyecto. Quiero solicitarles de la manera más cordial y respetuosa que liberen mi cuenta ya que no teníamos conocimiento de que utilizando la misma IP o red wifi incurriera en incumplir las reglas de AMCC. Mi esposa y yo fuimos utilizamos la mísma red wifi , nunca nos percató La mentora LAYLA que enviaba las señales comerciales solo nos amenazaba en cancelar nuestras cuentas y no poder seguir operando.
