They do not access the refund

I made the deposit on March 4th which I attached and they did not call me to verify the account, they told me that with 100 dollars I could start, but they asked me that they could not do the refund because I need to have 300 dollars deposited to be able to make movements and withdrawal, I ask for support to recover my investment.

Realice el depósito el día 4 de marzo el cual adjunto y no me llamaban para verificar la cuenta, me comentaban que con 100 dólares podía iniciar, pero el reembolso me piden que no lo pueden hacer debido a que necesito tener 300 dólares ingresados para poder hacer movimientos y el retiro, pido a poyo a recuperar mi inversión.
