Impossible to reiterate my investment

In August 2022 I invested in the Omega Pro platform, then they transferred my investment to a Broker called Broker Group, and to date, I have not been able to withdraw my investment. I wanted to know if there is a way you can help me. I have many more accounts that I invested in as a way to save.

En agosto del año 2022 invertí en la plataforma Omega Pro, luego me pasaron mi inversión a un Broker llamado Broker Group y a la fecha no he podido retirar mi inversión. Quería saber si hay forma de que me ayuden. Tengo muchas cuentas más que fui invirtiendo como forma de ahorrar.
