Unable to withdraw and unprofessional customer service

Very bad service and unable to withdraw. I did everything required to create a bank account and they still did not respond. I sent it by email more than once. Customer service is not professional in solving problems and conversations and does not want to help as if they know the problems with withdrawals. This indicates a lack of honesty in dealing. Unfortunately, I now know that my money is missing.
