I couldn't withdraw, Goccfx says they will fix it.

I have been investing on the Goccfx platform for more than 2 months, on January 15th I requested a withdrawal of more than 250,000 dollars and for the first time my withdrawal was not approved and I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks.Today the support team contacted me, explaining what happened. They say they will fix the withdrawal problem soon.
Goccfx I hope you fix this and can help me with my withdrawal.
