I am an IC Markets customer and my account is 90030284. I made a request to withdraw money on February 8th, yet it still has not arrived till February 12th. It has been 5 days. During this period, I contacted customer service many times to urge the withdrawal. The customer service was perfunctory and even said that I should wait till Feb 23th. Deposits are made within seconds, while withdrawals are hindered by many obstacles. Withdrawals cannot be guaranteed to be fast and convenient. What kind of platform is this? I want to complain.
