I lost money

I lost my money with this platform. My name was a lady of Peruvian nationality who told me to invest a certain amount of 3,472.00. At first they let me withdraw money and then after a while they called me to say that I couldn't withdraw more because if I didn't lose the margin I would have to invest more. so as not to lose the margin.
