Cannot withdraw money

When I request to withdraw money to AK on this platform, AK acts evasive and doesn't want to support me. It always keeps asking me and doesn't bother to reply. It just advised me to stay and continue trading, and I sent a request. If you want to withdraw money, you only send it to me via email and say you have received the withdrawal order but have not yet approved it, which is so frustrating.
