THEY DELETED MY MONEY

Hello, I was making a transaction with a company called Squared, and then they sent me an irrelevant e-mail and deleted my money. They unfairly canceled my entire profit portion by giving a ridiculous reason and mentioning prohibited transactions. And I do not accept this.
