Deposit is not arrived

Good morning, I deposited 700 USD to my broker but it doesn't arrive. I contacted quotex support and they act like they don't understand what I'm writing to them. I sent the deposit message and they blocked my quotex account. After so much effort, I managed to unlock it. but I don't get my investment back, they don't give me any solution.

Buen día realice un deposito de 700 USD en mi broker pero no me refleja me comunique con soporte de quotex y se hacen los que no entienden de que les estoy escribiendo envíe el bauche del deposito y me bloquearon mi cuenta de quotex logre después de tanto desbloquearlo pero no recupero mi inversión no me dan ninguna solución.
