I applied to withdraw profits from onepro on November 30, 2023, but it has not succeeded. The platform has always replied to emails with the words "review my order" repeatedly and avoided answering. (There is no problem with my trading orders, none are shorter than 3 minutes, there is no fast in and fast out, and I do not use other software to make orders. They are all done manually.) When communicating with the person in charge and the platform customer service, it usually takes a few days to reply. The replies always say something like "I'm following up", but they don't answer directly anyway. In summary, onepro is a black platform, and no profit withdrawal is made. Even if it gives it in the end, with its poor service attitude, who would dare to trust the platform, invest, or increase investment? There is also no supervision on the platform, and it does not have offices in the country. If something really happens, you can’t find anyone to handle it.
