The GMI platform's XAU/USD slipped to 2218 and forced liquidation for us, resulting in a huge loss of $4941. I asked them to restore my short order, and their customer service said that the XAU/USD market was predicted to fall, and if the short order was not forced to be closed, their platform would lose money.
