I submitted two withdrawals on October 9, 2023, and the funds have been debited from my account. However, the withdrawal email shows that the funds are under review. The previous withdrawal emails showed that they have been processed after submission. The two withdrawals have still not arrived. . I asked customer service and they said it has been handled. I wonder if there is something wrong with FXCM.
