Unable to withdraw funds

It has been almost four months since I made a withdrawal from my account in June, but I have not been able to withdraw money. I had exposed it once, and the customer service said it was an arbitrage trading. But the customer service never contacted me, saying that I used an arbitrage program to trade. Have you investigated? It makes nonsense. I only do it by myself one by one. Is this the only way to make a profit? If they do not return my money, I will keep exposing it!
