Unable to withdraw

Hi, I have an investment in Omega Pro, but the money was transferred to another platform called (BROKER GROUP). The platform does not allow you to request the withdrawal of the money, it says that they will contact you but nothing happens. Attached screenshots as evidence. I also have money that totals more than 20,000 dollars. The estimated withdrawal time has already passed and they won't let me withdraw, please help me.
