It won't let me withdraw money.

What happened to me is that because I trusted this platform too much, since it had generated good profits, however, on August 21, I wanted to withdraw my funds but it no longer allowed me to, and that's how it has been since that day, the withdrawal did not work. It is not even processed or canceled, I am completely frozen, that is why I make my respective complaint and I would like you to help me please :(. Thank you.

Lo que me pasó es que por confiar de más en esta plataforma, ya que me habia generado buenas ganancias, sin embargo el dia 21 de Agosto quise retirar mis fondos pero ya no me lo permitió, y asi esta desde ese día, el retiro no se procesa ni se cancela si quiera, quedo totalmente congelado, por eso hago mi respectiva denuncia y quisiera que me pudieran ayudar por favor :( .
