Freezing of accounts and not being able to withdraw funds

Blafx platform promised me passive income by following trading signal sources which was going well they even added 5 extra signal sources which made it more attractive i formed a team as i got daily reward for every guest i helped to participate, it became more seductive by adding a 100% deposit bonus from August 18 to August 25, 2023, which prompted my team to make deposits to the platform to obtain said bonus, at half of On the days of the established time of the 100% bonus promotion, the platform froze and did not allow us to close the trading of the signals and it did not allow us to make withdrawals, only deposits, two days after the freezing of the accounts I contacted customer service which asked me to deposit 10% of my funds to unfreeze my account and withdraw my funds, which seemed strange to me since my guests were asked for 48%, 50% of their total funds, it was not the same for everyone, however, I made the 10% deposit that they requested and sent the deposit receipt to customer service and they replied that I had to wait 24 hours for my account to be active again, a day later blafx made a statement informing that the company would change its name and they were obliged to eliminate the accounts of all their clients and requested to deposit 27% of the total funds of each account in order to protect our interests, they only allowed us a period of 1 day to deposit the %27 mentioned , I contacted customer service again informing them that my account was still frozen after the 24 hours that I made the 10% deposit that they requested and what they replied was, "did you not see the platform's ad?" to which I understood that I had to deposit 27% of my funds to unfreeze my account, since then they have not responded to my messages anymore, I know that there is a guarantee of $2000 for each member and I want to proceed with that.

la plataforma Blafx me prometió generar ingresos pasivos al seguir fuentes de señales de trading, lo cual iba todo bien, incluso añadieron 5 fuentes de señales adicionales lo cual lo volvió más atractivo, formé un equipo ya que obtenía una recompensa diaria por cada invitado que ayudaba a participar, se volvió más seductor al añadir un bono de depósito del 100% desde el 18 de agosto hasta el 25 de agosto del 2023, lo cual incitó a que mi equipo hiciera depósitos a la plataforma para obtener dicho bono, a la mitad de los días del tiempo establecido de la promoción del bono del 100% la plataforma se congeló y no nos permitía cerrar el comercio de las señales y tampoco nos permitía hacer retiros, solo depósitos, a los dos dias después del congelamiento de las cuentas me contacto con atención al cliente el cual me pidio depositar el 10% de mis fondos para descongelar mi cuenta y retirar mis fondos, lo cual me pareció raro ya que a mis invitados les pedía el 48%, el 50% del total de sus fondos, no era igual para todos, sin embargo, hice el depósito del 10% que me solicitaron y mandé el comprobante de depósito a atención al cliente y me respondió que debía esperar 24 horas para que mi cuenta esté activa otra vez, un día después blafx hizo un comunicado informando que la empresa cambiaría de nombre y estaban obligado a eliminar las cuentas de todos sus clientes y solicitaban depositar el 27% de los fondos totales de cada cuenta para poder resguardar nuestros intereses, solo nos dejaron plazo de 1 día para depositar el %27 mencionado, me contacte nuevamente con atención al cliente informándole que mi cuenta seguía congelada habiendo pasado las 24 horas que hice el depósito del 10% que me solicitaron y lo que me respondieron fue, “no viste el anuncio de la plataforma?” a lo que entendí que debía depositar el 27% de mis fondos para descongelar mi cuenta, desde entonces no responden más mis mensajes, sé qué hay una garantía de $2000 por cada miembro y deseo proceder con eso.
