Can't withdraw my money from BlaFX broker website

This is my fourth time trying to file a complaint. Are you scammers too? you are dismissing my complaint on a non-existent and far-fetched pretext. My complaint is not a duplicate, but a very specific complaint against a specific organization. BlaFX stopped giving the ability to withdraw funds. They Closed the withdrawal of funds, published a promotion from 08/18/2023 to 08/25/2023, disconnected from the MT4 application, and stopped trading, today is 08/27. 2023, withdrawal is not possible, no one answers and support is not working. This is not duplicate content, but a real complaint that you have never addressed!!! Note!!!
