They blocked the account, disabled withdrawals

Hello back, this is the 4th time that I have tried to expose the events that happened to all the users of the blafx platform, our accounts were blocked without prior notice and they demand a payment of 27% of the total of our accounts to be able to release them. I have invested 1900 USD which I do not want to lose. I ask you for help.

The following is the original recommendation

y nos exigen un pago del 27% del total de nuestras cuentas para poder liberarlas
tengo invertidos 1900us
las cuales no quiero perder
