It all started about a week ago. It started with the fact that it was difficult to withdraw funds, you had to wait about 1-2 days, they explained what was due to the fact that the servers were overloaded. Further, it was impossible to withdraw at all, because they introduced the action on August 18, at the time of which it was impossible to do any manipulations. On 23.08 they forbade withdrawing funds until we deposited 10% of the amount on the account. I ask you for help

все началось примерно неделю назад. Начиналось с того, что затруднительно было вывести средства , нужно было ожидать около 1-2 дней, объясняли, что было связано с тем, что сервера перегружены. Далее вывести нельзя было вообще, потому что они ввели акцию 18.08, в момент которой нельзя было делать никакие манипуляции. 23.08 они запретили выводить средства, пока мы не внесем 10 % от суммы на аккаунте.
