Unable to withdraw money

Good day. I want to make a statement about the impossibility of withdrawing funds from the trading account of my account on the BlaFX exchange. Since 04/11/2023 I am an investor on the BlaFX exchange, the deposit of my trading account is $80.94. At present, the withdrawal of funds is prohibited on the platform, the reasons for the freezing of the trading account were not explained, no notifications were received by mail. The technical support service gives a figurative connection and requires replenishment of 10% of the deposit to unlock the trading account. There was also an official statement from the support side about some kind of merger, which in the near future will lead to the disappearance of BlaFX and the removal of all accounts and the disappearance of their deposits.

Доброго времени суток. Хочу сделать заявление о невозможности вывода средств с торгового счета моего акаунта на бирже BlaFX. С 11.04.2023 я являюсь инвестором на бирже BlaFX, депозит моего торгового счета составляет 80.94$. В настоящее время на платформе запрещен вывод средств, причины заморозки торгового счета разъяснены не были, никаких уведомлений на почту не приходило. Служба технической поддержки дает образную связь и требует пополнить 10% от депозита для разблокировки торгового счета. Так же было официальное заявление со стороны поддержки о каком-то слиянии, что в ближайшее время приведет к исчезновению BlaFX и удалению всех акаутов и исчезновению их депозитов.
