BlaFX platform won't let me withdraw my funds!

I withdrew funds on 08/18/2023 at 03:55. My funds have not yet been transferred. I contacted the support team, the customer service informed me that my funds would be transferred within 24 hours. It's been more than 36 hours and my funds still haven't been transferred. I contacted the customer support again, the support service told me that my funds could not be withdrawn until August 25! I think that this is not legal and I have suspicions of fraud! I also want to note that earlier the withdrawal of funds took 10-30 minutes!
