Account deletion by mistake

They deleted my quotex account with 80 dollars, it no longer allows me to access the platform with that account now. When I try to access, I get a notice that says " I could see my account deleted or be inactive for 30 days" . But I never deleted it and I was active in the account every day trading. I don't understand, the only thing is that the platform deleted my account.

Me borraron mi cuenta de quotex con 80 dólares, ya no me permite entrar a la plataforma con esa cuenta ahora, cuando intento entrar me sale un mensaje que dice ''que yo pude a ver eliminado mi cuenta o a ver estado inactivo por 30 dias'' y yo nunca la eliminé y estaba activo en la cuenta todos los días haciendo trading. No entiendo, lo único es que la plataforma me elimino mi cuenta.
