TMGM unable to withdraw

I opened an account and deposited funds through a person who claimed to be the headquarters of the TMGM platform on the Internet in January, and I can't contact that person now. There is still 5,000 US dollars that cannot be withdrawn, I've submit withdrawal application, but haven't receive the money till now.
