Se niegan a devolverme mi inversion

Tengo unas membresías que suman 3,350 dlls de los cuales ya he tenido beneficio y en la plataforma indica que tengo 5,729 los cuales deseo retirar desde el 16 de mayo pero hasta hoy en día Validus bloqueo el sistema para poder solicitar la devolución de mi inversión diciendo que están trabajando haciendo modificaciones al sistema, al principio mandaron mensajes por chat e hicieron 3 reuniones donde nos prometían que pronto se iba a solucionar y es fecha que no permiten retirar por que la cartera donde esta la inversión se puede traspasar a otra donde se solicitaban los retiros pero le quitaron la opción de retiro para esa cartera, y nos comentaron que solo podrán retirar comisiones las personas que vendan y dichas comisiones se reflejan en una cartera diferente. En esta pantalla se visualiza el saldo por reclamar y el recuadro que dice main wallet desactivada
