Account closure without any reason

I withdrew 115 usdt on June 7th after making a withdrawal transaction. There was a worksheet sent in a message for me to verify my identity again by taking a selfie with my ID card. I followed the steps, but it's not successful when I verified the identity online. So I contacted the call center and reported all the problems. And I sent a selfie with a couple of ID cards to reply to the event ticket. Today (June 9th), I contacted Live Chat again about the problem. After contacting, I received an email that my account has been successfully verified. After less than 10 minutes, I received another email sent saying my account failed to verify. I contacted the Live Chat again, and received an answer that I received a notification from the account verification department that my account was incorrectly verified. When I asked if it's incorrect, it can't give an answer anyway. I'm sure I followed all the steps and submitted all documents.
