I want to get my money back but they won't let me

Recently, I was contacted by an adviser from this company, Oliver Ramírez, who persuaded me to invest money with them. During our conversations, he assured me that I would have the ability to withdraw my funds at any time and recommended that I start with an investment of $200, equivalent to $930,313 Colombian pesos. In addition, he promised me an additional $200 bonus, which meant that would have a total of $400 invested. However, once I carefully reviewed the documentation and contract provided by Warren Bowie & Smith, I found that I do not agree with the stated policies, which caused me great distrust, so I did not sign it. I decided to investigate further and found out that this company is not being regulated by any competent entity. Furthermore, I found numerous testimonials and videos online that their modus operandi is to encourage people to invest more money and then prevent them from withdrawing their funds, resulting in the complete loss of their investments. Faced with this situation, I have tried to contact Warren Bowie & Smith via email on several occasions, but have never received a response. Also, when I tried to make a withdrawal of my funds, I was prevented from doing so. They ask me to send the signed documentation but I refuse to sign a contract with which I do not agree.
