my account is disabled

my V5 forex account is now automatically disabled
only the trading web is on but iam not able to do any activity on V5

i have provided all the necessary documents to technical department to resolve my problem but still my account is disabled

i have total 213 usdt in my account
i have withdrawn 75 usdt that has not received and also 138 USdt that not also of my used because of certain account disability
