In April 2023, I transferred 10,000 U.S. dollars to the platform. Then I withdrew $1,498, which never arrived. Later, they simply deleted my trading account, and I couldn’t find the withdrawal button. The customer service let me send emails. I sent dozens of emails, and none of them replied. Then I contacted the customer service, who kept procrastinating and didn’t deal with it, and now I can't log in the systerm. It’s been more than a month. This is totally a black platform.
