About unfreezing

I made a mistake in the registered account, so I contacted the person in charge and heard that it was frozen on the way. 凍結解除を待っているのですが
言われたのが1~3営業後に入金されると言われたので待っているのですが5営業目になっても入金されず
担当の方も返信が遅く進行具合が分からないので
どうなのかなと
