He did not want to pay me

In March, I made the withdrawal of my funds. Today is April, and they did not arrive at my bank account from the same account I deposited. I wrote to support and they did not give me a solution. I lost those funds. I see that they are a very bad broker, who willingly paid me. I sent them the bank statement and they never arrived to my account.

En el mes de marzo realice el retiro se mis fondos hoy es abril y no llegaron a mi cuenta de banco de la misma con que cargue la cuenta, le escribí a soporte y no dan solución perdí esos fondos veo que son muy mal broker,que dispuesta mente me pago le mandé el estado de cuenta bancaria y nunca llegó a mi cuenta.
