On April 6, 2023, the customer service asked me to resubmit the withdrawal application. I applied again on April 6, 2023, and there is still no news on April 13, 2023. This kind of platform that does not allow customers to withdraw money should let everyone involved in the transaction know. Attach a screenshot and hope the platform can assist in the negotiation.
