More than 5 months without being able to withdraw money

they are not approving withdrawals, they say there is a delay of 15-20 days due to changes in the platform but I have been waiting for more than 3 months and I have managed to withdraw nothing. Customer service does not respond to messages or email, no calls, no live chat....

no están aprobando los retiros, dicen que hay una demora de entre 15-20 días debido a unos cambios en la plataforma pero yo llevo esperando más de 3 meses y lo he conseguido retirar nada.
Servicio de antencion al cliente no responde mensajes ni email, ni llamadas, ni Chat en vivo…
