Withdrawal application failed for four months and no reply
The official website announced that the withdrawal of funds during the holidays from the end of December to January needs manual review and cannot be withdrawn. I understand that, but my two withdrawal applications in February have not been processed. Although there was a reply when I sent an email to consult on February 1, it has been fully completed until now. There is no news or reply for a month and a half. I don’t know the reason. 官网公告12月底至一月假期出金需人工审核无法出金,表示理解,但二月份本人的两笔出金申请也未处理,2月1日发邮件咨询当时虽有回复,但至今已整整一个半月没有任何消息和回复,不知是什么原因,如果能告知原因,哪怕只能出账户的一半余额本人也能接受,可就怕平台跑路。
