Withholds funds ROBO

In December 2022 I made a recharge of $ 100 in this "broker" I made several operations and persi part of this money. Now I want to withdraw the rest of the money because I do not want to continue on the platform, but the platform does not allow me to withdraw. It asks me again and again for the same documents which I provide but they do not give me a clear answer. They are thieves, like any pyramid is very easy to enter money but puts millions of obstacles to withdraw.

En diciembre de 2022 realice una recarga de 100 dólares en este "broker" realice varias operaciones y persi parte de este dinero.
Ahora deseo retirar el restante ya que no deseo seguir en la plataforma, pero dicha plataforma no me deja retirar.
Me pide una y otra vez los mismo documento los cuales suministro pero no dan una repuesta clara.
Son unos ladrones, cómo cualquier pirámide es muy fácil ingresar dinero pero pone millones de trabas para retirar.
