I can not withdraw my money

Good morning, I entered in the year 2021 to the company Omegapro, currently I have 2287 dollars distributed in several accounts in the broker and a license of 500 dollars q just regained access and that could not enter the broker, I could not make any withdrawal, the other license of 500 dollars only enter the backoffice but in the broker I can not enter porq did not give me access. Buenos días, ingresé en el año 2021 a la compañía Omegapro, actualmente tengo 2287 dólares distribuidos en varias cuentas en el bróker y una licencia de 500 dólares q acabo de recuperar el acceso y esa no pudo ingresar al bróker, no pude hacer ningún retiro, la otra licencia de 500 dolares solo entro al backoffice pero en el bróker no puedo entrar porq no me dieron el acceso.
