I REQUEST FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF MY FUNDS BUT I NEVER ARRIVED

I requested the first withdrawal of 80 USD on January 6 of this month and it never arrived, it took one business day to make the withdrawal. I canceled that withdrawal and requested the withdrawal of all of my funds, 1,870 USD. From the 10th January I contact the broker and they told me that the withdrawal effective dya is from 1 to 5 business days. It's also never arrived in that period of time, so that, I contact the broker again. They told me that they have had problems with the payment processor, they already disbursed at the end of the week. But they didn't. I contacted again and they never answered me. I contacted the accessor via Whatsapp, they never answered me, they never gave me any reason, at the moment the withdrawal was never made effective.

SOLICITE EL RETIRÓ DE MIS FONDOS PERO NUNCA LLEGO

Solicite el un primer retiro de 80 USD el 6 de enero de este mes y el retiro nunca llegó, se demoraba un día hábil en efectuar el retiro del mismo, cancele ese retiro y solicite el retiro de todo el capital 1.870 USD, desde el 10 de enero me comunique con el broker y me dicen que el retiro se hace efectivo de 1 a 5 días hábiles no llego en ese lapso de tiempo, luego me vuelvo a comunicar con el broker me dicen que han tenido problemas con el procesador de pago que al final de la semana desembolsaban y no lo hicieron me volví a comunicar y nunca me contestaron de nuevo, me comunique con el accesor por Whatsapp nunca me contesto, nunca me dió razón alguna, al momento el retiro nunca se hizo efectivo.
