Prospero Securities colluded with agents to maliciously liquidate customer accounts

Prospero Securities colluded with an agent to maliciously liquidate the client's account. The unscrupulous agent used the identity of a senior foreign exchange analyst to lure the client into depositing funds, manipulated the client's account without permission, liquidated the client's account within 3 hours, and then blocked the account and could not be contacted. Prospero Securities shielded unscrupulous agents, shirked responsibility, and demanded compensation for losses and return of the principal.
