Why is my MT4 account frozen

I joined MT 4 in September 2022, my account number is Nguyen van hoa 2049875, the quilts team still takes my account every day, but now it says my account is abnormal and makes me pay 20% money to prove my account not until this 11/19-2022 they revoked my account and deleted my account. So I ask for help.
