UnionPay withdrawal does not arrive

I applied for a withdrawal of US$500 on November 3rd, and it has not arrived since November 15th. I sent an email to their customer service at first and said that the Chinese customer service was not available. Later, I sent it in English and did not reply directly. I don't understand what's going on, is it going to close down? renege on debt
