They transfer money to different websites

I put the money in Lunboux on MT5 and then they replaced it with Element Finance Limited, I put USD $8500. When I found out it was a scam, I wanted to withdraw it, but the customer service told me that it would take 3 times the turnover to claim it, I said it was illegal and the next day I lost all my money, I hope everyone is careful.
