Ngày 07/10/2022 tôi có đầu tư vào sàn lion số vốn 1000$(bonus 50%)mt4(604843). Sàn cử chuyên viên tư vấn Duyên (số điện thoại +84 869 703 748) tư vấn cho tôi. Vì chuyên viên thiếu kinh nghiệm thị trường đã làm tài khoản tôi thua lỗ nhiều (có lệnh lợi nhuận vài chục đô la, có lệnh thua lỗ âm vài ngàn đô la) vì vậy tài khoản tôi âm quá nhiều tôi đã yêu cầu sàn thay chuyên viên khác và bồi hoàn số vốn lại nhưng sàn chỉ thay chuyên viên tư vấn khác và giúp tôi gỡ lệnh âm trong tài khoản thôi (người giúp tôi gỡ lệnh âm trong tài khoản là quản lý Đăng của sàn với nic telegram Tấn Huỳnh. Khi vốn trong tài khoản tôi hồi lại 2100$ nhưng lệnh tôi còn thì trường 1lot buy âm gần 2000$ vốn 44560$,chuyên viên Đăng có báo là thị trường giảm mà vẫn tư vấn cho tôi mua vào 2 lệnh 0,5 XTUSD 88.523 và 88,512 tôi hỏi có sao không thì bảo không sao may tôi chốt lời 2 lệnh 97$ rồi tiếp tục tư vấn thêm 2 lệnh buy XTUSD vùng giá 88,756 và 88,744 tôi thắc mắc báo thị trường giảm mà mua vậy có sao không thì bảo yên tâm khi thị trường XTIUSD là tài khoản tôi bị cháy hoài toàn. Đây là hành vi cố tình làm cháy tài khoản khách hàng của chuyên viên Đăng. Đây là hành vi trong thể chấp nhận được của chuyên viên tài chính của sàn tôi yêu cầu sàn bồi thường thiệt hại cho tôi 2000$. Tôi là người đầu tư vì tin tưởng vào sự uy tín và trách nhiệm của sàn lion mình nên tôi mới tham gia đầu tư nhưng tôi không ngờ với một sàn tốt cho khách hàng có nguồn vốn không nhiều như tôi lại có chuyên viên có ý đồ gian dối như vậy để làm cháy tài khoản khách hàng, làm mất uy tín của sàn là điều không thể chấp nhận được. Tôi mong sàn sớm xem xét giải quyết và bồi thường thiệt hại tài khoản cho tôi 2000$ và có biện pháp xử lý chuyên viên để sàn ngày một tốt hơn. Xin cảm ơn
