Manipulate mannually from backend. Fraud platform

I just asked the customer service a lot of questions and they still didn’t solve it. They also said that I lost money, but it was actually done by the backstage. The customer service has always proved that they are formal? Could it be that I am talking nonsense alone. I have been losing money after playing this platform for so long, and I lost 100k already.
