Can't withdraw from mivolis prime limited

I'm blue from Hongkong. I invested $6433 on mivolis prime limited, and then it deleted me. I'm not able to contact it and it doesn't allow withdraw. The sum of money that I hard earned will lead to an unexpected disaster to my family if I lose it. So, I hope you can return it to me. It's said that MT5 is a well-known software, so could it help me in this situation?. Should I send an e-mail to the MT5 company? I don't know why MT5 company allow it to conduct scam. I'll continue to make a complain to the MT5 company. If the issue can't be solved, I'll continue to do it again.
