Mi caso es el siguiente:

Yo nunca había invertido en el trading y llegué a la
plataforma de QUOTEX por un anuncio que ví, un agente se contactó conmigo para darme supuestamente las indicaciones de cómo funcionaba, yo decidí por fin realizar una transferencia de 1000$, y se hizo efectiva en la plataforma, pero lo que sucedió es que a los días de yo haber depositado, ingreso a mi cuenta y observo que mi dinero había disminuido sin ninguna causa, yo que tenía ya más de 1300$ Granados, ví que tenía 900$ y luego 405$ de un día para otro, es decir, que se iba disminuyendo sin yo hacer ninguna operación, me contacto con Mario que era el que me había atendido al comienzo y lo que me dice que informará al departamento de Finanzas y luego me dice que no le dieron respuesta que no puede hacer nada por mí, por ello es que decido sacar los 145$ que me quedaban como se observa en la imagen el retiro se ve que fue hecho de la mejor manera, pero desafortunadamente nunca me llegó a mi cuenta, le.escribi muchas veces a la persona y no me respondió, es un pésimo servicio y como broker no funciona, está 100% comprobado, espero que las autoridades competentes den solución a mi caso
