Unable to withdraw
On 6/18, it is said that the system needs to update and the website cannot be accessed since then. On 6/22 and 6/23 submit a withdrawal, but no reply from the customer service manager, who disappeared. On 7/2, the customer service manager said taht I violate compasses operation, so I need to pay the deposit first. After that, I say they are fraud group who just want to deceive another fund, the manager haven't replied and never withdraw. The interface always stay on to be processed, Also said I was hater that smear them. What is it if it is not a scam group?

6/18說系統要更新就再也連不上官網，6/22和6/23提出出金，客服經理都不回覆，人也消失了，7/2號客服經理說我違規操作，要先繳保證金，過後我說他們是詐騙集團想再騙一筆，克服經理就再也沒回覆了，從來沒有出過金，畫面永遠停留在待處理，還說我是黑粉，抹黑他們，不是詐騙集團，請問是什麼？
